How do I register for this course?

All you need to do is complete all the necessary fields to register for our course. Once you have finished registering, you may start right away. You may also call us at (866) 253-2355 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to register over the phone. Either way, it just takes minutes, and you are able to start right away.

What is the cost to enroll in your program?

It costs $34.95 to take our program. This price covers all elements of the course, which includes immediate access to the program, the completion certificate, and if required by your court, attendance of a test site. Traditional traffic schools charge a similar fee.

How can I pay for the course?

There are several ways you may pay for the course: credit card, debit card, or money order. After completing your registration, you will be linked to a completely secure credit card page where you can make your payment quickly and with little effort. This site is encrypted to ensure that your online purchase is safe.

Alternatively, you may send a check or money order. If you are paying by check or money order, please mail it to 2128 Glastonbury Rd., WestlakeVillage, CA 91361. Be sure to send the check or money order before you complete the course so your certificate can be processed on time.

How quickly can I complete this course?

The time it takes to complete this course really depends on your reading level and speed. The great thing about taking our course is that you can work at your own pace with no pressure except perhaps for the deadline from the court.

There is no maximum amount of time you are allowed to remain in the program. It should not take longer to complete our program than it would a traditional sit-down traffic school class, which is eight hours.

What purpose do these security questions serve?

Security questions are used to verify that you are the person taking the program and not someone else.

Should you be disqualified from the course because you incorrectly answered a question, simply call our office at (866) 253-2355 to be reinstated into the program.

Am I required to complete this course in one sitting?

No. Our program is designed for those who do not have a lot of time. The course is broken up into several parts to give you the flexibility to complete a section, log off, and then log back on later. Since the program keeps a record of your progress, you can easily return to where you left off.

There is no limit on how often you can log on and off. You can, of course, complete the entire course in one sitting if you wish.

Will my access to the course expire after a certain time?

The username and password that gives you course access will expire only after you have completed or cancelled the program. It keeps track of your progress for you, so if you encounter a problem, simply log off and then log back in the program to continue where you left off.

I have already enrolled. How do I get back into the program?

You should have a username and password if you have already enrolled. Simply enter them in the appropriate fields on our homepage whenever you need to access and complete the program. You may also click HERE for the login screen. If you have forgotten or lost your username or password, call us at (866) 253-2355.

I just got knocked offline while in the middle of a section. What do I do now?

Just log in again to our program if you are disconnected. Your progress will not be lost, since our program keeps track for you.

For example, if you completed the quiz for Chapter 3 and have it graded online, you will be brought to the start of Chapter 4 regardless of whether you remained online or not. Our website cannot control your Internet connection. Our system will not disconnect you due to inactivity on your part. Any activity requirements are monitored by your Internet service provider.

How do I receive course credit?

A certificate of completion is issued once you have successfully completed the course. The certificate will then be sent directly to you or the court, depending on which county issued the ticket. You will be responsible for submitting the certificate to the court if it is sent to you. If the certificate is sent directly to the court, contact the court within a couple of weeks to confirm that your case has be dismissed.

Can I take the course voluntarily, or do I need a ticket to attend?

Our course is open to anyone who wishes to stay up-to-date on traffic safety laws and techniques, so there is no need to have been cited for a traffic offense. If you have any questions, please contact our office at (866) 253-2355.

Are there any limits to how often I can take this course?

You can take our course as often as you wish to refresh your knowledge. For court or state credit however, it depends on the court or department that is requiring you to take the program. In most cases, the court will send you documentation stating that you can enroll in the program. If you were not given permission, you must contact the court to see whether or not you are eligible to take the course.

My court is not on your list. Can I still take your course?

If your court is not on our approved list, you need to contact the court where you received the citation to obtain permission to take our course. Make sure to get the name of the person who gives you permission.

Are there any browser requirements for this program?

There are no special requirements. Chapter readings and questions will be delivered real-time to your web browser.

What is the policy on cancellations and refunds?

If you are not satisfied with our program for any reason, you may cancel and receive a refund as long as you have not completed the entire course.

I was disqualified from the program, what do I do?

If you were disqualified, you would need to contact our office at (866) 253-2355. Reasons for disqualification from our program include, but are not limited to, clicking on the back button while in the program, not answering a security question correctly.

How long will it take to get the certificate?

Upon successful completion of our course, how quickly you receive your certificate depends on the mailing option you choose. Due to security reasons, you may not print your own completion certificate. Our office sends the original certificate to you or the court. When you enroll, you may choose regular mail or expedited service. With regular mail, we will mail your certificate within 2-3 business days of graduation.

The court has not yet received my certificate of completion. How can I get a duplicate sent?

Depending on the court's requirement, the certificate will either get sent to you or directly to the court. For a duplicate of a certificate please call our office at (866) 253-2355.
